Our Newport News, Virginia location is a 35,000 square foot state of the art family entertainment center. We are the second location in the State of Virginia. We feature an arena style trampoline Jumper with rebounding floors and angled rebounding side walls. Our Jumper has 10,054 square feet of rebounding surface and an additional 600 square feet of Basketball Slam space. Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Arena promotes family, fun, and fitness in a safe environment for ages 3 and up.
Rebounderz is a franchise out of Longwood, FL. In early 2010, Owner Helda Thomas and her son and daughter-in-law (Todd Foster, Christi Delgado) visited the Florida location and met with Franchise and Development's Mark Gurly, Al Palladino, and Rae LaRoche and fell in love with the concept! A few months later, Ms. Thomas decided to invest in the franchise to leave a legacy for her children. The original location was set to be in Chesapeake, VA, but after a few weeks of soul searching and numbers, Ms. Thomas thought the Newport News area would be more suitable for her mission. Not only did she want to leave a legacy for her children, but she wanted to provide a safe, fun, family oriented environment for the area that welcomed her from Panama with open arms over 30 years ago. A strong Christian woman with a close knit family, to include a long time friend Ms. Trudy Terry, knows the importance of family and a clean, safe environment for all to share.
Quick background: Helda Thomas has worked at Anheuser Busch Factory for over 30 years as a material handler. Her son (Todd Foster) is the General Manager. He is a HVAC guru by trade and has years of experience running his own Heating and Air company as well as leading technicians as the Chief Engineer of a Westin hotel and a few time resorts in Williamsburg, VA. Ms. Thomas' daughter-in-law (Christi Delgado) is the Assistant General Manager and has over 10 years of supervisory experience and management in law enforcement or related fields as well as a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Her grandson (Todd Foster II) is the Store Manager. There are also two other family members not currently in management positions that work for the company as well. Locally family owned and operated, Rebounderz Newport News employees between 35-50 local people; helping bring jobs and entertainment to the area!!!!
